Fast delivery and installation on appliances with great competitive prices. They carry tons of common and unique products/tools that most big box stores don't. They carry air filters, caulk, tarps, vacuum bags, mattresses, Weber grills, snow blowers, lights bulbs, ice melt, rock salt, lawn care products and so much more. You have to come and yourself on what they have. It's incredible how much they have. My to go store before anywhere whenever I need something or have question on home improvements. They also recommend well known electricians, painters, handymans, landscapers and plumbers. They are a unbeatable store for sure.
Bought a dishwasher Dec 2014. Had problems right away. GE repaired several times and extended warranty. Now at 2.5 years old the motor has to be replaced. Since I did not purchase extended warranty I am out of luck? Usually when appliances are few years old i add to the house hold coverage plan. GE won't help and better living in Jamesburg got ge to give me the part. GE customer relations already sold me the part so I don't need it. We have purchased many appliances from better living and I felt they should have done more. I will not shop there anymore and I will tell my Friends in the area, many in senior communities in town. The part may not be all that is needed and this dishwasher had been nothing trouble. A real lemon.they don't care. Not their problem. No extended warranty which they like to keep reminding me. Buyer beware of small neighborhood stores they don't have same buying power or customer service. No more ge for me either

After deciding it was time for a complete appliance refresh, we followed advice from family and went here. We purchased a complete suite of KitchenAid appliances, all competitively priced (trust me, we checked). The experience was so much better than the big boxes (particularly PC Richards - hard sell much?) We then came back and bought our LG washer and dryer. Ken has to be the most patient man on earth - he answered all of our questions and concerns, and provided top notch customer service by promptly and completely resolving a couple of issues we had. By the way, the store is so much more than appliances. I've picked up some accessories for our Weber grill (instead of going to Home Depot, which is closer). And it looks like we'll be in the market for a new Weber fairly soon ... so yes, we'll be back!
