I am a regular customer but sporadic, sometimes I'm in once a month sometimes twice a week, depending on my work schedule. After a long Sunday, I decided to make it easy and order something to pick up for dinner, easy to order easy to pick up. WELL when i picked up my 2 chicken Carbonara dinners, Oh yes DINNERS what a joke, this is a dinner I have ordered 30 or 40 times in the past so I know on the average how much each tin usually has in it. When i was leaving the box felt really light, and I said to the girl cashier do i have the right order, pasta dinners usually feel heavier than this, the girl assured me I received what i ordered. Well when I got home I opened each one only to find each tin wasn't even half full, in the past it was always full to almost the top. I think the box was heavier with the tin with pasta. The amount of other ingredients was ok, People its pasta, not beef. WHAT A RIP OFF, I also took pictures of both tins before I consumed them, what a joke, almost $13.00 for pennies worth of pasta. ALMOST ONE HOURS WE NEED TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY , UNACCEPTABLE WORST SERVICE. WE NEED TO COMPLAIN THE DOMINOS HEAD OFFICE.
We ordered a pizza online . Some how the wrong order went thru. We brought them back the pie n asked for the correct order. The snot nosed 14 year old, brainless so called manager. Kept our money, n would not give us a n we pie n insisted we keep the mistake. Customer is always right. My son n his friends order from there a few times a week . Wow what great managerial skills. For the cost of one pie you lost a lot of business. Go to Romeos, great srevice... nice people... excellent food at a great price. I lice down the street. This is how you treat your local customers. Never again and my family n friends.
I ordered 14 fire wings and a dessert for delivery. An hour and fifteen minutes later it finally arrives, only for me to find a lack of fire sauce on my wings. They were bare. When I called back they offered to bring me 14 of the correct wings for free. Cool. 30 minutes they said. Another hour later they arrive, cold, because they put their new orders to be delivered before mine was corrected. Over 2 hours to get the food I ordered, and it arrived cold. Never again.
