Just wanted to say that Rich and Tina were so helpful when we closed out our storage unit. They couldn't have been more helpful and courteous to us. With so much going on at the time, my husband and I were happy to have such a nice closing experience with the two of them.

I was a customer at public storage for about a year we had nothing but problems with the employees and the gate never working! Everything at life storage is 10x better from the employees to the pricing and the cleanliness of the entire facility. I'm upset we didn't make the switch sooner. Thank you Rich and Tina for doing such a great job and helping us find a storage unit for our needs!
