Management needs improvement. Terrible company to work for. Empty promises and finger pointing. Everything was great until new management came in. The new driver manager sucks and will figure out every way possible to put the blame on you in any scenario. HR is the worst department in there. How can HR be the worst department? That's how you get paid! The new GM has no idea what is going on and will not be able to solve any of your issues. They promise pallet pay but withhold it. They promise you safety bonus checks but say things like " if you don't do this right it will effect your safety bonus". Safety Bonus checks are supposed to be related to safety not how you fill out a paper or how you clock in. They will try to get you to sign off on things and put previous dates, which is considered forgery I thought...They also love to throw hidden assignments at you based off seniority. If your new guess what? You're taking everyone truck to get fueled and serviced. The manager will promise someone will be willing to take you home at Penske but never mention it to the Penske workers. Overnights is the worst jobs here. This is where you are miles away working and anything that goes wrong will be all your fault. No Matter What. There goes your safety check because a customer wasn't there when you arrived. Even though you arrived during their business hours. They decided to close early... Exactly... Good Luck with this BS company.
